Soak clean and chop spinach and coriander leaves
Clean and peel onion, ginger and garlic
Clean and cube tomatoes
Beat dahi up to smooth
Heat 1tbsp of oil in a kadai. In that add onion and saute.
When onion is golden colour add tomatoes,
ginger and garlic and saute up to mushy
Then add chopped spinach and coriander leaves and saute up to dry.
Let it cool down and make a smooth paste
In the same pan heat 1 1/2tbsp of oil, add chopped green chili to it and also add the grounded paste
Saute that masala up to dry.
Now add all the spices to it except garan masala
Now add smoothed dahi and suate
Then add cream and mix
Cut paneer in cubes
Add the paneer cubes to the gravy also add garam masala
Cover and cook for mins. Serve hot with paratha or biryani
